[Q] What to do with an old iDEN Motorla i1? topic

So I have a Motorola i1 that was on the Nextel network (iDEN I think). While it's an older Android smartphone, it's a pretty durable one, and I was quite fond of it a few years back. I know they shut down Nextel and iDEN. I was wondering if this old device was still supported on any carrier in the US, of if it is just an over-glorified MP3 player now?
