[Q] TV out topic

Is there any chance to make lg 2 mini d620 display send to TV-out via MHL, Slimport cable ?

Because I tested my phone via orginal video player apk to send TV - out on my LG TV 32lb650V via "Wi-fi direct" . ...
An only support if it is video file on SD card stored not on internal memory of the phone....
