[Q] Dragon Touch Y88X Soft Brick topic

So my friend has this cheapo tablet, a Dragon Touch Y88X, and while trying to unlock the bootloader, he soft bricked it, and has asked me to fix it. I can't find the factory images anywhere online, anybody have any idea what to do with it? I turn it on, and it just displays the logo indefinitely. It was never rooted, nor a recovery installed, but I believe he was able to unlock the bootloader.
