Custom Roms Moto G Dual Sim [ XT1033 ] Asia Retail

I have tried many roms in my moto g dual sim asia retail like n5 experience rom , carbon rom , cyanogen-mod 11 rom but none have the feature of connection priority . Connection priority is missing in every rom like in stock roms ie connection priority of data and voice option.
Facing problem in receiving calls when in 2g or edge mode while accessing internet while in 3g mode no issue occurs.All the places don't have 3G network and network falls back to 2g or edge mode for internet access and thus the problem occurs , call not reachable while accessing 2g internet service but turning of the net call come through other not reachable.Like in stock rom if we set the connection priority to voice then calls come but in any custom roms this important feature is missing.Please developers include this important feature.

i have revert back to stock rom for this feature , not able to use any customized rom.If i am missing any rom which has this feature and stable let me know.
