[Q] Cannot Install Apps due to Insufficient Data but lots of space & Apps Disappeared topic

I'm using GT i317M with DN4 and one day my apps disappeared and I cannot re-install them. I've tried clearing the cache and the #* dialer trick. I've also tried clearing data/cache/uninstalling updates for Google Framework/Play store.

Help please!
