[Q] Can someone help me with why my parents getting weird texts topic

So my parents share Facebook together. One has iPhone and one has an Android . They both getting these weird text message like about porn and stuff. It's most likely my old father used his phone to look up porn or something. Can i remove this from their phone or something?
