[N915F][N4 Edge] Full screen caller ID

I don't own N4 edge but just made this mod after request from @starbucks2010 also tested by himself and sharing it here if anyone else want to use it.
It can be used on Odexed/Deodexed ROM

Installation :
Download attached N915F FSCID zip and flash using custom recovery
