i think i bricked my samsung galaxy tab 4 7.0 topic

i'm stuck on the boot screen (just says samsung galaxy tab 4 ) and it just doesnt start up i used
teamwin and put factory reset and data reset.(i dont know if it made it worse)Please i need help
