After several requestes here it is the Original STOCK file to flash the Eurpean HTC One M8 from the RUU BACK TO STOCK

You can flsh throu fastboot or change the name of the file to 0P8BIMG.zip and put it in SDCard and load Bootloader

S-Off is Required with Eurpean CID
