[Feature request] Option to move the "seek bar" to the top topic

As I said in another request, I use the rewind move button a lot. When I do it in non-optimal conditions (one-handed, on the move...) I sometimes hit the seek bar and, therefore, change the playback position, which is very annoying. Changing the "seek bar" to the top would allow me to avoid this.
If you implement my other request this feature would be less necessary to me, but I think it could be useful nonetheless.
