Which do you use and why? topic

First off Hello fellow members of XDA. After much convincing my gf finally let me root her phone :D its stock rooted with philz touch recovery.
My question to all u SGS3 users is what rom/mods do you guys like to use and if I should update the boot loader.

ZTE Zmax Z970 (Metro-4.4.4) Stock
SM-T217S (Negalite rom)
SGH-T999 stock rom rooted (T-mobile .1.2)
