Unofficial OctOs 5.0.2 topic

Last night I ported OctOs using the CM12 device tree by @stargo and can confirm that everything works except for hotspot. Phone will FC until you use voice dialer to select the correct APN.

I will be adding onto this as I go along, for now if you report a bug it better include a logcat and/or an explicit step-by-step on how to reproduce it.
