[THEME] Black5 Theme for Nexus 6 topic

Hi,

here's another inverted theme for Nexus 6. I call it Black5 only tested on stock ROM, might work on others.
Basic idea is to have backgrounds etc in black with white and grey text. Blue highlights and accents here and there.
Work in progress and bugs, white text on white, still there but lets see. Please report your findings an also solutions here.
