[Q] Root v20f recovery LG g3 topic

Hi guys I have this doubt is not able to find a solution anywhere. I have an LG g3 v20f without root. I read to apply the root must move to a previous version and install a rom bump and Lilliput, the problem is here, not having the root, you can install a modified recovery? If you like? You can unlock the bootloader having v20f without root? Thanks to all
