[Q] Question about root, Unroot and custom rom installation topic

Hi,
I have couple of questions about micromax canvas A1.

1) What is the most effective and efficient way to root this phone.
2) Is there fully functioning(without any bug) CM11 developed for this phone. If yes, could anyone please share the link.
3) I have heard that these stuffs voids the warranty of the phone. How can I get back to warranty.

I am new to these thing and got confused after looking so may links. Can anyone please share the links which will help me for my 3 questions.
