[Q] Phone on but screen won't switch on. topic

Hi,

I have a brand new s9305. Sometimes I will go to check for messages etc and the LED is flashing but pressing the power button or main button does nothing. I need to hold down the main button and power button to reset it before I can use it. I am running the latest factory rom. Is there anything I can do about this?

I took it back to the shop but they want to send it away which is a real hassle.
