[Q] Moto G LTE: How to deactivate "long-press-power-button" if lockscreen is on topic

hi
i want to prevent, that somebody can restart my Smartphone, when the Lockscreen is enabled. So i deactivted the power-menü for the lockscreen mode.

But on my Moto G (LTE) - there is another way to restart the phone. You only have to press some seconds the power-button and the phone will restart. I want to deactivate this too. I`ve tried Gravity-Box - i found no function. I installed "xposed additions" - no chance. The power-button is still alive.

Does anybody know, how i can to that ?
