[Q] lost all internal SD files topic

I formatted my SD card and now I cant seem to do anything with my phone, all softkeys are gone and notification bar is gone too..... tried going back to stock with toolkit but that didnt work, says it cant find the device on ADB -
Has anyone got a ZIP of the files that I can put back onto the SD card to restore it?
Total idiot mistake, should have backed them up first but I didnt :(
HELP PLEASE - it also doesnt recognise my simcard and crashes when i try to go to "about phone" in settings
