[Q] I need help with my nubia z5s topic

Basically, my friend bought a nubia z5s, and asked me to root it and flash a custom rom onto it that has the google apps on it.
I managed to root it and for some reason i factory reset the phone and now the phone just stays on the nubia screen, i can get to CWM but due to the phone having only an internal storage it cant mount the sd card. ADB is very confusing and im not sure if usb debugging is actually enabled :o
Could anyone help, this is my first time and im actually pretty scared :/
