[Q] How to enable scrolling text message preview in notification bar? topic

Hey guys, recent new owner of Moto X here. I'm coming from the Moto X 2013, as well as previous phones including the Droid Razr M and HTC Droid DNA. On all of those phones, whenever I received a text message, it would scroll line by line in the notification bar before settling as just the text message icon. Is there a way for me to enable it on this phone? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm using the stock messaging app, which is what I had on all the other phones too.
