[Q] how do i root my moto e topic

well there is not much to it i want to root my device but it must reverse able . and should be able to fool the warranty guy's when i reverse it .also i have not rooted any device and i don't know anyhting about programming:p:confused::confused::confused::confus ed::confused::)
