[Q] Flashing an Italian firmware on T530NU topic

Hi to all,
a friend of mine bought this tablet for his children but, having bought it in US, it came without italian language installed.

I found this firmware T530XXU1ANCD_T530ITV1AND2_ITV which should be the italian one, but as I'm not used to samsung (I've got a nexus 5) i don't know there to start to flash it, shall i used ODIN and follow a flashing guide (put the tablet in download mode and use odin?) or is there another way?
