[Q] Can't connect to camera error topic

I had gotten this issue on my Sammy S3 a while ago and I ended up having to do a full wipe to fix it. I do not want to have to do that to my N6. The normal stuff I would think to try is not working.

Any thoughts? Suggestions? :(
