Phone issues after Glass and Digitizer replacement.....please help topic

Hey guys whats going on. Well I had sent the phone to a dude off Ebay who does servicing on these devices. I was going to do the repair myself, but my wife said for a few extra dollars she wanted someone to do it, since they had already done this a quite a few times... SO I went ahead and sent him the phone. He recieved the phone and replaced the Glass and digitizer. He tested the phone for a day he said and it was working fine for him.. He ships the phone back to me, I recieve it......

The Phone turned on and you could see the lock screen BUT The Digitizer would not work, or it would not recognize my finger. Soo I email him, and he says that the battery is the culprit and that my battery was bad. Soooo I went online did some searching and didnt find much, But If I Held the Volume UP button and the Power button to boot the Phone, the Digitizer recognized my finger and I could access the phone..

a day later I see these 2 spots on the LCD screen. Only can be seen with a black screen with lit backround or a white screen with a lit backround...... He states that Oh I must have gotten water under the glass and all. I for one and nor did my wife get any water damage or so to the phone. I knew it was the glue he used or whatever he did.

Then a day later My wife complained that she could not end her phone calls. When am incoming call came in or she put a call to go out, the screen would go black. Hitting the power button to bring Screen back on would not work. Constantly hitting it just made it the screen flash and that was all. I searched for answers and didnt really get it working. Only to find out that the proximity sensor was the culprit of this.

Sooo With all said, What do you think could be the reason for this happening? What would you do in this instance??? I really could use some help here guys. I feel bad for the kid who tryed to fix the phone and all. But can he be trusted again to actually fix his poor quality work? I just dont know what to do right now.......... Alll he has done is point the finger at me stating it is us the reason why the phone does not work and such. thanks guys Hopefully I can get this to properly work.
