FLASH RECOVERY.ZIP ON SENSE 5.0.1 S-OFF and LOCKED topic

Hi mates!

I have a problem with flashing recovery.zip (I can't flash recovery.img because of LOCKED BOOTLOADED). - I converted into Developer edition.
I tried to change android-info.txt in to this:
